Mirador’s resident scholarship committee hit the road again taking their presentation to PineCrest in Lufkin and Cornerstone in Texarkana. The group is teaching other MRC resident groups how they can replicate the   fully resident funded, promoted and governed scholarship committee to benefit employees who are seeking career growth. The group began their own program at Mirador in 2015 that has awarded over $100,000 to 61 recipients since that time.
